Oxford Tournament
Agreed in principle that we should have one this season aim for 8-10 teams (probably) invite only
ACTION: Stella check BSUK calendar
ACTION: Roger to look at Oxford Kings field

Independent umpires – plan for 2008
Should we offer payment for umpiring
Experienced players usually umpire, if they are required to umpire matches then this causes problems for the teams they play on
Buddy system for new umpires to gain experience
Look into costs of providing a basic uniform for umpires - Bib?
Neutral umpires should be enforced in Div 1
We can apply for up to £250 to fund training from BSUK
Internal Training course - via some of the more experienced players - Chris/Andy...

Development – Oxford City Council
There is some possibility of grant funding via the city council to help development of the sport - Stella has the details to be added to this minute.
ACTION: Stella to provide details

Outcome of running Sophos Mini League
Would be good to find out feed back from the mini league which ran at the end of last season - Jamie has now left Sophos, but Karim is still there.
ACTION: Stella to get feedback

Reps at Leagues Head Forum
No one could attend the meeting in November
BSUK AGM 15th Manchester - two to attend
Stella will go if travel reimbursed - VOTE: all agreed

Umpiring similar in format to previous years
ACTION: Stella apply for funding

Euro Championships in Southampton
Holds a slow-pitch tournament at the same time - need to investigate

Single Sex - No mens team in 2007
ACTION: Stella to organise the mens team this year!

All Stars - will be run again

Winter Ball
Start: 3rd Sunday in Jan - 20th Jan, then every second week. Field/weather watcher
