Hello all,

We had a mini-meeting of the Exec last night to decide on the Season Awards and whether to continue with the End of Season Party.

As some of you will know, we had to decide to scale down the EoS celebration due to a lack of tickets sold, but it will still go ahead.

Please could you have a look at these minutes to decide if you agree with the methods chosen to work out the awards? I hope that everyone is happy - we think that everything was done fairly.
