I'm sending this around to you as you've bought tickets for the end of season do. However, there's one or two people's emails I don't seem to have.

We've only managed to sell 33 tickets (plus 2 or 3 kids tickets). So we had to re-plan last night.

We can't afford everything we'd hoped to lay on (as we've only raised £505). That was:
* function room
* BBQ or buffet
* bouncy castle
* fancy dress
* disco
* band
* bucking bronco machine

Plan B is to scale it down a little. Those attending will get a £10
refund (meaning that it will cost £5 for adults) and the 'do' will include:
* bouncy castle
* scratch fun softball game at 4.30pm
* the league awards
* BBQ or buffet
* nice venue for drinks and chatting
* fancy dress (optional!) for wild west theme

All at Cumnor Cricket Club, which is a really nice venue.

I hope you'll be happy with this proposed deal - it should still be a nice evening.

If you have bought a ticket and now do not want to come, please can you let me know by 5pm on Monday 11th September (strict deadline, sorry!). We will then get a refund to you. However, do please still come - it will be a fun get-together - and you can spend the extra tenner on taxis getting you there and back.
